Itinerary

Departure from Marrakech in the morning. Journey through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping for views and small Berber villages. Visit the famous fortified village of Aït Ben Haddou, then continue to Ouarzazate for a short stop at Kasbah Taourirt or the Cinema Studios. In the afternoon, drive through the Valley of Roses and reach Dades Gorges. Dinner and overnight in a local guesthouse or hotel.

After breakfast, continue to the Todra Gorges for a short walk among towering cliffs. The route leads through palm groves, oases, and desert towns like Erfoud and Rissani. In Merzouga, meet your camel caravan and ride into the dunes of Erg Chebbi at sunset. Arrive at the camp where you’ll enjoy a traditional dinner, music by the fire, and a night under the stars. .

Wake early for sunrise in the desert, followed by breakfast. Return by camel or 4x4 to Merzouga. Head south through the desert landscapes of Alnif and Nkob, passing dramatic rock formations and scattered villages. Arrive in Zagora in the afternoon, located at the edge of the Sahara. Settle into a local hotel for dinner and overnight.
