  1. Booking & Reservations
    All bookings are subject to availability.

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm reservations.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellation by Customer:

More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).

15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.

Cancellation by EverGold Limo:

In rare cases (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), we reserve the right to cancel or modify tours. A full refund or alternative date will be offered.

  1. Payment Methods
    We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

Full payment may be required before the tour date for certain services.

  1. Changes to Bookings
    Modifications (dates, pickup times, etc.) must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

  1. Liability & Responsibility
    EverGold Limo is not liable for:

Delays or disruptions due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

Injuries or accidents caused by third-party providers (e.g., camel rides, hot air balloons).

Travel insurance is recommended for all guests.

  1. Conduct & Safety
    Clients must follow safety instructions from guides/drivers.

EverGold Limo reserves the right to terminate services without refund for disruptive or dangerous behavior.

  1. Privacy Policy
    Personal data collected during bookings will be used only for service provision (see our Privacy Policy).
  2. Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).
  3. Complaints & Disputes
    Any issues must be reported immediately to our team.

Unresolved disputes may be subject to Moroccan jurisdiction.

  1. Agreement
    By booking with EverGold Limo, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
